How to : Membership & Participation

There are 4 steps to participate in NJ Auction.
　1. Confirmation on the Rules and Regulations → 2. Membership Registration
　3. Registration for Auction Participation → 4. Registration for Exhibit Items (for Seller only)

We will explain each flow in this page.
* This auction is for the dealers and traders.
For those of you looking for the details on operation of the auction system, please proceed to "Operation Guide" (currently under preparation).

01. Confirmation on Rules and Regulations

Prior to Membership Registration and Auction Participation, please confirm the attached Rules and Regulations.

Please make sure you agree to all of the rules and regulations shown in the attached prior to participatin in NJ Auction.

02. Steps on Memebership Registration

Step１：
Confirmation and Agreement on Rules and Regulations

Please carefully read this " Rules and Regulations"
Step２：
Application for Memebership

Please apply from "Membership Registration" in this website.
Step３：
Application Review

Review will be conducted based on the registered information. You will be notified after the review is complete.
Step４：
Payment for the Annual Membership Fee

Please make payment for the Annual Membership Fee by the due date.
Step５：
Start Auction Participation

Please contat us by phone for participating in the auction and for registration of the Exhibit Items.

03. Participate as a Buyer

Steps to participate as a Buyer
* Participation Fee only (no handling fee for the winning items)

Step１：
Apply for auction participation

Please inform us of the following by phone
1) Participating as a Buyer
2) The auction to participate
Step２：
Check the actual Exhibit Items at Preview

There will be a Preview for the Exhibit Items prior to the Bidding Start of Auction. Please check/inspect the actual item by yourself.
Step３：
Payment in advance (Deposit)

Please make a Deposit to our bank account prior to Bidding Start date.
Step４：
Participation in an auction

Please enjoy the auction.
Step５：
Settlement and Handover of the items

After the auction is closed, please select the payment of your choice for the winning items.
After confirmation of the receipt of the payment at our bank, we will arrange shipment of the winning items.
Pickup at our office is available as well.

04. Participate as Exhibitor/Seller

Steps for submitting Exhibit Items
* Participation Fee + Handling Fee 3.5% of the winning bid

Step１：
Apply for auction participation

Please inform us of the following by phone
1) Participating as a Seller
2) The auction to participate
3) Number of Box necessary for the Exhibit Items
(Max 10 items per box)
Step２：
We will send you Item Tags

We will send you Item Tags after notifying you of the Box No. by email etc.
Please put the Box No. and the Item No. (1 thru 10) and attach the Item Tag to the corresponding Exhibit Item.
Step３：
Submit information on the Exhibit Items

We will send you an Excel file to your registered email address
for registering the information on the Exhibit Items.
Please fill in the required informartion and send the file back to us
Step４：
Shipment of the Exhibit Items

Please put the Box No. and the Item No. on the Item Tag, attach the Item Tag to the corresponding Exhibit Items and send the Exhibit Items to us before the receiving deadline.
* The details on Item Tag are shown in the next page.
Step５：
Participation in an auction

Please enjoy the auction.
Step６：
Payment and Return of the Unsuccessful Bid Items

After the auction is closed, please select the payment of your choice for the items sold.
The Handling Fee, 3.5% of the winning bid and other fees will be deducted from the total sales of the items.
For the unsold items, we will arrange shipment to return those items.

How to attach the Item Tag

After the Box No. and the Item No. are put on the Item Tag, please follow the instruction to attach to the Exhibit Items.

■ Loose Item :
Turn over both sorting and Item Tag face down and attach the Item Tag to the short side of the sorting by scotch tape.
■ Jewelry :
Tie the Item Tag with a string to an area where the string will not be separated from the Exhibit Item.
■ Accessory :
Put the Box No. and the Item No. of the corresponging Exhibit Item on a label and put the accessory in a bag together with the corresponding Exhibit Item.

[Important Note]
* Please detatch all tags and labels other than the ones for the participating auction.
* Please make sure that the Item Tag is not attached to a place it may be separated or to an area where it may damage the Exhibit Item

Loose and Accessory

Front side of both Item Tag and Sorting to be on the same side
attach on the rear side of the vynel bag with scotch tape
for the accessory, put a number of the corresponding Exhibit Item on a label, put the label and put it together with the corresponding Exhibit Item
