Notice mail does not arrive

  • Email received as Spam Mail

    Please cancel the spam mail settings.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel the following spam mail settings as shown below.
    ■ PC: 
    Select the e-mail, right-click and select "Not spam".

  • If it does not even show up as spam mail.

    Please make "reception permission setting (relief list setting)".

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set "Receipt Permission Setting" for the following notification email address.

    《Yahoo Mail》
    1. Click "Settings/Others" → click "Email Settings" at the top right of the screen.
    2. Click [Reject spoofed mail] at the bottom left of the screen.
    3. Enter the notification email address in the "Relief list" field and click "Add".
    《G-mail》
    1. Click "Gmail" → click "Contacts" on the upper left.
    2. Register the notification email address as a contact in "New Contact".
    《Outlook.com》
    1. Click the "gear mark" on the upper right → click "Options".
    2. Click "Spam Prevention" →click "Safe Senders and Blocked Senders List".
    3. Click "Safe senders list" → enter the address of the notification email in the "Allowed senders or domains" field, and click "Add to list".

    * If you do not receive it even after doing the above, please contact us.

About the registered information

  • I forgot the ID to "My Page".

    The ID is the registered email address. If you have forgotten it, please contact us.

    The Login ID is the email address registered at the membership registration. If you have forgotten itc, please contact us.

  • How can I change the registered information?

    Please contact us for making changes except Password and the name of the person in charge.

    The Password and the name of the person in charge may be changed in "Account Information" in "My Page".
    Please contact us for other changes such as office address, contact number, etc.

  • I forgot the Password.

    Please contact us. We will issue you a new password.

    For security reasons, please change the password to your own password from "Account Information" after we issue you a new password.
